Reuben Garcia began his professional journey in the United States Navy, where he transitioned from critical healthcare roles to information technology, earning multiple technical certifications along the way. Following his honorable discharge, Reuben has cultivated over 25 years of experience spanning the full spectrum of IT: from micro-computer support and backend infrastructure architecture to cybersecurity, digital forensics, DevOps, and operations.

His career has primarily focused on serving government agencies, healthcare systems, law firms, financial institutions, and non-profit organizations, where he has delivered transformative solutions in information assurance, IT audits, cyber intelligence, cyberspace operations, storage, hyper-converged infrastructure, and virtualization. Across each of these sectors, his commitment to robust security and operational excellence has measurably enhanced the customer experience and organizational resilience.

Reuben holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Business Administration from Troy University and remains dedicated to lifelong learning. His credentials include a Certificate in Leadership and Management from Cornell University, as well as industry-recognized certifications: Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), CompTIA Security+, EC-Council Ethical Hacking Essentials, Advanced Open Source Intelligence, and the prestigious Board-Certified Cyber Intelligence Investigator designation from the McAfee Institute.
